This pie is a constant in my house during the summer months-my wife makes it several times a month and when we have cook outs with family and friends....

I learned about this recipe a couple of years ago, from a poster on this forum -- her screen-name has the word "Lemonade" in it, I believe -- and I make it a couple or three times during the summer months. More than that and I'd gain 100 pounds.

I use frozen concentrate lemonade and the biggest tub of Cool Whip (any leftover filling, whatever doesn't fit in the pie crust, goes back in the Cool Whip tub, and it's like eating lemon ice cream... delish).

Yep, you can also do this with slightly thawed frozen concentrate, which helps it set up faster.

Oh sounds yummy! My mom made something similar to this but she used vanilla ice cream with the frozen lemonade...and then cool whip/whipped cream on top. So delicious.
