Try allrecipes, just doing a search Allrecipes - Recipe Search throws out a handful of different recipes that are vegan with various reviews and ratings which should help you decide if you want to try/modify them or not.

The Moosewood Restaurant Cookbooks are vegetarian, and have a bunch of vegan recipes in them as well. The Moosewood Cooks At Home has a fabulous vegan chocolate cake called Six Minute Chocolate Cake. If you're interested I can post the recipe. But definitely look at the Moosewood cookbooks, they have some really great, healthy recipes and menu ideas. You will not miss the meat!

Check out the //www.city-data.com/forum/food-...n-recipes.html thread. I know the recipe I posted on Cuban Black Bean is vegan. Some of the others also seem to be as well.
