A healthy alternative to ice cream.
Frozen banana + food processor. That's the whole recipe. Suggested serving is 1 1/2 banana per person. Can also be made in a blender, but might be more chunky.

Banana Soft Serve

You can basically throw anything in there you would use with regular ice cream. Blueberries, cinnamon, chocolate, vanilla, etc. Yum!

I've tried this and it's not bad. The only thing is don't store it in the freezer for a day or so because it becomes really hard. I like it best when first prepared.
