I never know which is best. To freeze an apple pie unbaked or baked? I've done it both ways and had bad experiences with both. And a few good experiences too. I think I like the unbaked version the best. Any comments?

A couple of times my "baked" crust was soggy.

I would do it unbaked. Let it thaw good in the frig before baking.
