3 boneless skinless chicken breasts cubed
2 cans no slat added mixed vegetables
1 Jar of heinz brown gravy
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried sage
1 1 2/ cups bisquick heart smart
1/2 lowfat milk
Saute the chicken until alomst done but not completely cooked through. In a sauce pan add gravy, vegetbles and seasoning and bring gravy to a boil, add chicken and cook for a few minutes. Pour into a casserole dish. Mix milk and bisquick in a seperate bowl. Form into 9 drop biscuits and place on top of pot pie. Bake on 425 for 20 minutes. This is a quick and easy version. You can use homemade gravy if you have some.
