Like how simple it sounds and worth a try but we are not crazy over sweet entrees. Still might try it, but probably thighs with bone in. We always buy only bone in thighs, more flavor. We do buy boneless breasts

Roasted cherry tomatoes

Cherry tomatoes
Olive oil
Salt
Basil cut in chiffonade

Preheat oven to 400 deg.

Toss cherry tomatoes in olive oil and salt. Place on shallow baking pan, which has been lined with foil and oiled or sprayed. Place in oven and roast for 15 or so minutes.

Remove from oven, serve and garnish with basil.

These are so good.

Add chicken tenders to that. Mix together with pasta.
