A twist on the Hershey Chocolate Kiss cookie.

Simply make up a batch of your favorite peanut butter cookie dough.
divide into cookies balls.
Flatten one out and press an indention into it and fill with cold hot fudge.
Cover with another cookie and seal the edges. Bake until done. Baking time will vary according to thickness you make them. We tend to make them a little thinner so the overall baking time is about the same as the regular peanut butter cookie would take.

I didn't take up space here reinventing the wheel with the basic peanut butter recipe. So many readily available even on the peanut butter jars.

Ooh that sounds great. I have some caramel sauce to use up, think I'll try it with chocolate chip cookies.
