I just finished making it. It's a big hit! I can see right now that if I don't watch the gang it'll be gone by tonight! I used club crackers. Thanks Bree!

Awww, you're very welcome Cat. I also made it, with mixed reviews from me only, as I live alone. Maybe I made a mistake, but I used Nestles semi sweet chocolate. Seems too strong and bitter to me. Now maybe I'm biased cause I'd make chocolate chip cookies with VERY little cho. if it were just me eating them.

I did a huge cookie sheet, so decided to do half with Nestles Butterscotch. OMG, its amazing! For some reason they wouldn't melt, so I had to scrape it off and nuke them. I thought what a pain, but boy was it worth it. What kind of chocolate did you use? I also used regular old saltines, and they did great, imo. I'm glad your gang loved them, and hope the same for mine tomorrow.

Forgot to add, using parchment paper was the best decision. I didn't have to spray it, they removed like a breeze and cleanup was wading it up and throwing away.
