I love Subways chocolate chip cookies. They are moist, soft, and have that perfect rounded edge. I have tried duplicating them and cant even get close. I looked up recipes online, but those still didn't taste like Subways. I've tried everything. My cookies turn out really good, but what is Subways secret?
I did find recently that omitting baking soda makes a cookie much better since it takes the air out. Any suggestions?

My recipe is to go to the Subway store and buy some cookies.

The closest I've come to making cookies which look like theirs is to purchase pre-formed cookie dough from places like Sam's, GFS Marketplace (Midwest), or other local Food Service businesses. The cookies from this dough are typically really round and usually good but I don't think you can beat homemade cookies regardless of their irregular shape.

Freeze the dough into perfect balls or thick discs. Bake from frozen. It's how it comes at subways.

Yes I have googled it. I have tried 6 of the recipes, none worked. The freezing idea might work though. Thanks, I'll try that this weekend and report back

Have you ever just used the recipe on Nestles chocolate chips? They come out better than Subway cookies.

I work there and the cookie dough is Otis spunk Meyer brand. Go on Otis Spunk Meyer website and see if you can order the raw dough. All you do is place and bake them. I personally love the sugar and chocolate chip cookies at subway.

I was about to post this.

I know you can buy the frozen dough, because my mom has done that before. That's how I knew what brand Subway uses.

Ok thank you all for your help. Yes I have made the Toll House recipe, it's the standard Chocolate Chip cookie recipe, it's just a typical "good" cookie.
As far as buying the Otis Spunkmeyer cookie dough, that's not what I want. That's cheating I bake from scratch, I'm kinda old school like that. That Otis dough is obviously made from ingredients, THATS what I need then. This mysterious dough has to be solved and it will be by me!
