I will be sure to try this. We love pizza. I make muffin pan pizzas with canned biscuits so I'm sure it's similar. Thanks for posting this recipe.

We make garlic bread this way.

Cut up biscuits. Toss in a large bowl. Set aside.

Melt a stick of butter in a pan and add 2 or 3 diced cloves of garlic. Saute till melted/fragrant over low heat. Pour over biscuits in bowl. Toss to coat. Add a 1/3 cup of freshly grated parm/locatelli. Toss again till coated. Pour into deep cake pan or bundt or tube pan. Bake till done at 375, 35 minutes. Cool slightly till you can filp it and sprinkle a handful of chopped parsley.

Have to try the OP's recipe as a pizza to go alongside

Because then it wouldn't be "Bubble" pizza.

My wife makes this. It's good stuff. It usually disappears pretty quickly.

I haven't tried making this with 'whole-uncut' biscuits,has anyone?

All I know is it is delicious, must be the jarred pizza sauce, but I have used different brands.

Never crossed my mind to make PIZZA bubble bread. I have made and loved the regular kind many times -- after you snip the biscuits to pieces, you toss them in sugar and cinnamon, or sugar and orange peel, or whatever you like, then pack it into a ring mold and bake it up.
