Would prefer no thickening with flour, prefer dairy cream or yolks for thickening. Anyone make this at home?

Gluten Free Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup Recipe

Although it does not say so, I assume you would dilute the "condensed" version 1:1 with water to use it as soup, not in a casserole calling for condensed soup.

2 cups heavy cream
Tablespoon or two of organic Better than Bouillon Organic Base. Get mine at Costco.
Add whatever other seasonings you like and reduce until you get the consistency you like.
Add chopped chicken.
You can add a little cornstarch for a better mouth feel as well.

Or try Guar Gum for the thickener in the above recipes. It's a bit tricky but it works.
