SO tried to grill in Texas in freezing temps with blizzard like winds. All he did was scare the steaks into oblivion. Now he has his dream grill and it produces year round - rotisserie pork, steaks, salmon, vegetables. My project for spring is grilled pizza and flatbread. Has anyone tried it? We don't eat a lot of red meat, but we love to grill chicken, mushrooms, fish and pork. We grill mostly a lot of Middle Eastern, Jamaican and Asian foods. I just discovered Korean foods this winter so I am looking forward to their grilling recipes.

Korean grilled dishes are wonderful. We have a Korean restaurant that offers a buffet for lunch - the Kalbi (cross-cut short ribs) and bulgogi are great.
Salmon served with basil butter and steak are my favorites on the grill.
