Looking for a good fudge recipe!

There is a recipe on the back of the Marshmallow Fluff jar (or whatever they call it in your area) that is excellent and as long as you follow the directions exactly it will turn out every time.

Wow - thanks everyone for the opinions and recipes. It is appreciated, and I will try one of those recipes for next time. I actually ended up using a really easy recipe with just three ingredients (ie: semi-sweet chips, condensed milk and butter) it was good and I got a lot of compliments, but I don't remember it being as good as my mom's, so next time I will have to try one of the ones you guys recommend. I was running out of time, and needed simple simple.

I still make the Fantasy Fudge recipe every year during the holidays and people always say thata it's the best fudge they've ever tasted. Some more good fudge recipes on the below thread.
