Plant City strawberries are plentiful and I need some fresh new ideas or recipes to use strawberries. I already have recipes for shortcake, cobbler, and bread. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

This is one I love, I got it from Everyday Italian.

You can buy the Sara Lee Shortcake that is in the loafs, slice them in the width like your making a sandwich.

Get some Nutella, its a chocolate hazelnut spread, the consistancy of peanut butter and found on the same aisle

Spread the Nutella on the slices of shortcake, I like it on both sides, then cover with slices of strawberries.

Then put in a panini maker or you can heat it up in a skillet or like me, I use the George Foreman grill.

The heat warms the chocolate spread and its a wonderful unexpected dessert. I LOVE it.

Just love them sliced, dash of fresh ground black pepper, a splash of balsamic vinegar and some brown sugar. Toss and let sit awhile. Just put on pound cake w/whipped cream.
