A lot of these suggestions still have a lot of carbs. Fruit, yogurt, sweet potatoes?

yogurt is pretty low in effective carbs. Sweet potatoes and fruit....not so much.

I have seen recipes using cream cheese to make pancakes and such.

Get good at making omelettes and the options are endless.

I don't zero carb but I avoid them when possible, so what I eat may not be exactly what your looking for.

You asked for low carbs, not zero carbs. You also asked for breakfast items specifically. Hash browns are very typical for breakfast along with quiches. An alternative is a bit of grated sweet potato as a crust replacing the higher carbs from flour crusts or white potatoes.

I get tired of eggs also.

I know bread isn't low carb, but I like thinly sliced toast with peanut butter on it.
Leftovers.
oatmeal with bananas and walnuts
breakfast tacos with eggs and meat

I usually have oatmeal with a few blueberries, and a hardboiled egg. My serving of grains and fruit for the day. Or plain greek yogurt and a hardboiled egg.

Really, other than eggs, there aren't many foods that are considered "breakfast" foods that also are low-carb, unless you're willing to go beyond traditional breakfast foods.

You could potentially do a chia seed pudding if that doesn't cross over into too high for you!
Chia Pudding Recipe | POPSUGAR Fitness

if you do let's say coconut milk, chia seeds and your favorite nuts the carb content isn't too too much. It is a breeze to make. You can add any fruit or sweetener you are comfortable with (or not). 2 tablespoons have 10g carbs, 6g protein and 10g fiber.

You can also add a few tablespoons to greek yogurt for texture instead of making a pudding to get more protein.

Breakfast steak with salsa, and maybe an avacado? Id recommend breakfast steaks with fried eggs, spinach and mushrooms but you mentioned being tired of eggs.

My kids love leftovers for breakfast. I made a soup of purple hull peas and a bit of rice to soak up the extra liquid the other day. I was planning on eating it for lunch, but my teenager beat me to it.

I love a fully loaded leftover thin crust pizza with lots of veggies and a little bit of meat for breakfast. I bet you could tailor the crust to be lower carb. Toppings would be your choice.

Canadian bacon is acceptable as part of the South Beach diet. And they also have the roll ups with sliced lunch meat and cheese. What about using the Canadian bacon or ham as a base and adding some fruits, veggies and cheese that appeal to you.
