These are great - and simple to make.
- Pre-heat oven to 400°F
- Cut a cleaned cabbage (leave core intact) into 1/2" - 3/4" thick slices - cutting from top to bottom.
- Place the slices on an oiled cookie sheet.
- Brush slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and fresh minced garlic (you can also add other herbs/spices you like).
- Roast 30-45 minutes, until tender and browning.
You can also roast at a lower temp for longer - it depends on how you like your veggies roasted.
