I found a great food blog called Manger, which I think means "To Eat" in French. The author of the blog lives in France with her seven kids and husband and makes astounding meals that I would never cook. But it's fun to read and the photography is stunning. While reading one of her recipes I noted that it called for "gelatin sheets". What? I guess I've used powdered gelatin a time or two but sheets? I see they can be purchased on Amazon but have you ever seen these in your grocery store? Have you ever used them?
