Question about "ontario's recipies with history in it" (cooking, awesome)

Hello, I'm not sure if this is proper place to ask about this what I have put into title, but after a few days of searching I am depressed. I need to do some cookbook with tratidional ontario's food. These recipies have to include several worda about history of them, how and why it has been released etc. If someone would have some information about I would be glad to check them Thank you in advance!
