Raw garlic can get over powering FAST. Crush, mince or slice very thin and mix a tiny amount into what ever you are making, wait a minute or two then taste it. When you can taste it stop adding it. After a few hours it will begin to really take over, so plan accordingly.

I chop mine with fresh tomatoes, basil, red onion and olive oil for a Massive detox snack which is also incredibly delicious.

Crush and mince garlic, then add to any dish, like sautéed spinach, for stronger flavor.
