Hi all,

Thank you for taking time to read my post.

I'm in the process of trying to lose weight and my biggest problem like most is my diet. I started off just eating cabbage and chicken every day but got tired of that lol. I like eating veggies, especially broccoli, spinach and cabbage. I'm trying to stay away from red meat, so a lot of chicken and fish. Can you guys suggest some simple recipes to make. I'm not that great of cook. Also, I am trying to use my slow cooker more but even those recipes seem complex.

thanks again.

Hi John,
You could try these top 10 recipes from the Dr. Oz weight loss program:
The Total 10 Rapid Weight-Loss Plan | The Dr. Oz Show

Good luck to you. Learning to cook is pretty easy, and you'll be glad you did. It's so
much easier to control what's in the dishes, hence much more healthy than processed food+.

Stir fries are so versatile, quick and easy. You can mix up the proteins (fish, shrimp, chicken) and tons of variations on vegetables and sauces, i.e., a basic stir fry sauce, teriyaki sauce, sesame sauce, yakisoba sauce, etc.
