I have a few recipes that I go to, but I want something new. Perusing the online recipes and sites helps, but thought I'd toss out a line.

orange marmalade and teriyaki sauce has a good flavor...and is great on parts

I like breaded chicken

scramble up a couple raw eggs....... dip chicken in egg wash and dip in breading..
breading can be panko,,,,can be bread crumbs, and/or can be flour with spices

and then bake/roast the chicken unless you are deep frying

i cut up a whole chicken like this and will cook the parts as above

For chicken soup and I know I have recommended it a thousand times, I love sopa de lima. There are many recipes out there. It's a Mexican chicken lime soup
I crave it whenever I feel sick.

This is the recipe I make at home but like I said there are many versions out there.

My mother made chicken soups and stews from scratch quite a bit. One thing that goes well with chicken is broth with squash stirred in with it... butternut squash, acorn squash, etc. I enjoyed the taste of that combination anyway. Plus the usual chicken soup ingredients... diced carrots and celery, salt and pepper, and some noodles.

I love Mulligatawny soup. There are dozens of different recipes. I like the one that uses apples and a bit of cream or coconut milk. I make my version thicker more like a stew than a soup.
Here is a basic recipe that you can tailor to your tastes. I use real chicken broth (hate the processed stuff).

I can't wait to see what others come up with.

Tom Ka Gai - chicken soup made with coconut milk and lime juice. Chicken Peanut Soup is another tasty variant.
