Try it in a scrambled egg, with cheese with salsa. We discovered this at a Mexican restaurant.

Lately I've been bringing turkey sandwiches home from Subway ( or deli's) and adding fresh and chopped avocado to it. It can make a plain turkey sandwich amazingly good :-)

in salads

cut up in cottage cheese

on the side of plate with eggs, bacon or sausage, hashbrowns

or by itself

the more yellow & mushy ones it's like eating all fat, yuck! so enjoy Avocadoes more at the firm & thus greener side,
and
how about as part of a yummy Veggie-salad, or Guacamole, or add a bit of salt, or Ketsup Mouth-wateringly good, & very nutritious !

Tuna Tartare: Diced raw tuna, marinated in lime juice, then mixed with diced avocado and a little finely chopped onion. Add soy sauce mixed with wasabi to taste. Toss, chill, serve with crackers. We love it!

This is what i do, with exception of saving the pit. So good!!! i usually also put it in my scrambled eggs for breakfast on sunday mornings, or smeared on good piece of toasted bread with s&p, and chopped in my salad with walnuts and cranberries.

My recommendation is fresh pink organic grapefruit, sectioned, add sliced or cubed avocados, make a dressing of red wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, and fresh honey to dressing and incorporate then pour over your fruit, add sea salt/ pepper to your preference and enjoy.

Avocado is one of the foods I'd eat because it's good for me, not because I'm crazy about it. I aim for half of an avocado everyday. I normally just eat it plain. My favorite would be diced avocado on my omelette, or in my salad, or in my turkey sandwich when I'm going to a picnic/hike.

I eat them this way. Or mashed on toast with salt and pepper. Or replace the pepper with chili flakes. Or togarashi.

I mash with some Greek yogurt, salt, pepper, lemon or lime and make an easy dip.

I add them to beans. Or tortilla soup. Or pozole.

In a smoothie is great. Or make an avocado shake.

This is yummy. Also add jicama for crunch.

Another delish salad: Apple or pear, butter lettuce, lemon, salt, pepper and avocado. You can sup grapefruit or orange for equally good results.
