Basically, it explains the differences between slow cookers, pressure cookers, and such, but what I found VERY interesting is it also has tips for adapting recipes that used to be done in Dutch ovens but can now b done in these types of appliances.
I've seen a few threads lately asking how to adapt recipes, so I thought this might be worth sharing.
