That's probably delicious, but not very healthy...
I like the versions without any added fats. A sprinkle of sugar is sometimes necessary.
If you really, REALLY want it with a some sort of sauce - my favorite is a mix of reduced fat sour cream (I like Daisy Light - it contains just cream, skim milk and added vit. A, and taste great) and little organic cane sugar to taste.
You can also use plain yogurt with honey.

Pour over the fruit chopped into roughly bite sized pieces. Enjoy!

TIP: slice any type of fruit you have on hand and mix them with fresh orange juice to preserve their color. This is especially true for bananas or apples. The orange juice will keep them from browning.

My go-to is to peel and chop a couple of navel oranges and then chop a couple of unpeeled apples, douse the whole thing in a little lemon juice and a ton of cinnamon, and eat it with a spoon.

Best is a matter of opinion; for us: about4 or 5 fruits, a mixture of sweet and tart; hold the bananas' dressing; keep it simple; we use either a bit of brandy and some 1/2 and 1/2 with a dash of cinnemin and honey or a simple dressing which is just a bit of sour cream or yogurt and a little nut meg.

Ambrosia style with some kind of whipped cream mixed in.

I don't like it when fruit salad mixes with pineapple or strawberries. It changes the taste of the melons that are in it. I would use cantaloupe, honey dew, watermelon and blueberries. Or you can do a mixed berry salad like, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and add banana. Now if you want a tropical salad use pineapple, mango, papaya and guava.
