As mentioned, lemon juice or lime juice or if you want it dry, "True Lime or Lemon".

There are a couple of alternatives that I've come across.

Citric Acid is available in the spice aisle, I like to add it to my Guacamole, it adds a nice flavor and preserves the color.
Sumac is another one, harder to find that adds a nice citrus taste.
Depending on the dish, some type of vinegar may also work.

My dad had this problem when I was younger, I remember he ate a lot of plain vegetables for at least 6 months.

Ditto the suggestion for prepared dry herb mixes in the spice section. My favorite is McCormick Italian Seasoning Mix With Flax Seed. Delicious on either fresh or cooked veggies, noodles, rice, buttered or olive-oiled bread/toast, and potatoes.

If you have the time and a good source, fresh herbs are even more flavorful.

Morton Lite Salt is a good alternative to conventional table salt, which is just sodium chloride.
The Lite Salt has potassium chloride and magnesium chloride in addition to sodium chloride. It tastes a bit less salty to me.

Then of course a recipe that contains a small portion of salt along with many other additives that come together to simulate "Lawry's Season Salt!!

A lower salt alternative to Lawry’s is Spike. I switched from Lawry’s after DH had a bypass and we were told he needed to watch his salt.
