This ship has sailed, but a favorite SUPER EASY recipe for dessert that everyone likes is brownies with vanilla ice cream and raspberry sauce. Nothing could be easier.

Box brownies, (I like moist, instead of cake-like so you don't beat it much with the blenders, and use the lesser option for eggs. It should be moist and almost gooey). Good vanilla ice cream with the black vanilla bean dots. THEN, buy plain old raspberry fruit spread or jam, put it in a pan with some water and fresh squeezed orange juice and heat it.

Drizzle over brownies and ice cream. Oh my.

Add a Moon Pie and you have the perfect Southern break from work. It is also the traditional gag gift for a person retiring in the South. If you can't find an RC Cola, Cheerwine is a good substitute.
