Does anyone have a favorite blender muffin recipe using oatmeal for the flour? A friend made these for me about 2 months ago and I was hooked, they are ridiculously easy and fast to make. I've created some of my own muffin recipes by trial and error. Banana, carrot raisin, chocolate coffee and pumpkin are my favorite so far.
I actually use my small food processor to make these, just easier for me to clean and add my ingredients than the blender.
Was wondering if anyone else has some good recipes for "blender muffins" that you've tried and are not only delicious, but healthy as well. New Year, need a new me, so trying to eat healthier.
I am looking for ones made with oatmeal, no white sugar (I use agave) no oil, no butter and no flour other than the oatmeal.
