I actually do make 'spaghetti and meatballs' with mine (I cut my veggies up as well as my pasta).

I use my potato peeler to make wide zucchini ribbons, I have no room for another kitchen gadget, & the hand tool works fine.

Friends came over (I think they are doing the whole 30 diet or some such thing) and contributed a side to the dinner which was spiralized zucchini, turnips, carrot- they tossed the ribbons in soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame seeds and some thing else- it was interesting - a zesty crunchy spicey concoction...

I like spiralized sweet potato. I have added them to mixed meat and veggie dishes shortly before serving.

They would certainly be good with buttered brussels sprouts.

I had spaghetti squash with pinto beans and masala sauce at a restaurant. It was SO good, so I tried it with zucchini "spaghetti". That was good, too.

(I bought jarred sauce.)

Zucchini is really the only one I like spiralized, and we will eat it in place of pasta with meat sauce. My sister bought me a really fancy spiralizer and I've only used it once - to make butternut squash. Man was that hard to do!

I really like the ideas posted above though - might have to drag the spiralizer out and try some new things.
