Friends came over (I think they are doing the whole 30 diet or some such thing) and contributed a side to the dinner which was spiralized zucchini, turnips, carrot- they tossed the ribbons in soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame seeds and some thing else- it was interesting - a zesty crunchy spicey concoction...

Zucchini is really the only one I like spiralized, and we will eat it in place of pasta with meat sauce. My sister bought me a really fancy spiralizer and I've only used it once - to make butternut squash. Man was that hard to do!
I really like the ideas posted above though - might have to drag the spiralizer out and try some new things.
