chopped fresh hot peppers or dried (Do not use pepper flakes, if dried grind them in a mortar or soak and chop.)
olive oil
Gently heat olive oil and be very generous, add garlic, peppers, pepper, a dash of salt, when garlic is glassy add cooked pasta. Turn well, serve immediately, offer plenty of freshly grated Parmesan.
Freezes well and reheats well. Do serve the evening before you use the NY subway and you will have plenty of personal space.
