I popped the top on a bottle today to try some thing new on some ground beef has in lieu of ketchup... It was difficult to get any out of the tiny hole in the cap so I took it off and applied liberally. That stuff does deliver a wallop and clears ones head of all nonsense. Just looking for ideas to use it on and maybe not so liberally. It's more like a dab will do you kind of stuff.

sounds yummy & good for sinus issues. Maybe marinate some chicken in a small amount, hot sauce & oil, before grilling & have some yogurt cucumber on the side.

Yogurt would have been a good idea today. I had yogurt and cucumber in the fridge. Wings marinated in the hot sauce oil combo sounds like it may be on the to do list.

I wonder if mayo mixed with the hot sauce would tame it a bit? Someone gave me a jar of mango/habanero preserves and I really like it on the bottom bun of a burger with a slice of tomato and a little mayo on top of the burger, not nuclear heat but very tasty.

I had not thought of that. Burgers are on the menu for lunch tomorrow so I can test it. I will hold the usual jalapeno slices though but not the slice of raw onion. Onion should not affect the characteristics of the scotch bonnets. One thing I did read on the bottle after using it was that it is not referred to as hot pepper sauce but rather it's called a culinary sauce.

When eating out at a favorite BBQ house I do reach for the smokin' hot sauce. Good point.

Besides chicken, you could marinate some pork with it. I'd add some to guacamole.

I've never tried it, but I am sure I'd enjoy it, since I love the combination of mangos - or anything fruity - with anything spicy or savory.

I haven't seen it in stores here in OH. What brand do you use?

It's one of Kroger's Private Selection products that they distribute. I have no clue as to who bottles it for them. All I know it is one of the finds of 2018 for me. The flavor is awesome. Was going to post a picture but camera battery is dead...
