searching for some good thigh (boneless preferred but also like bone in) recipes.

needs to be lower in sodium and not more than 300 calories a serving, if possible

bonus if it is easy to prep

Here ya go. This is my favorite:

Man-Pleasing Chicken | Witty in the City

I don't know the calorie count but you can use less maple syrup if it runs too high.

I find the name of this recipe a bit odd and I am not even some male feminist. Can I serve this to my girlfriend? :-)

Looks interesting though. I am a bit leery of the maple-chicken flavor combo, but I'd give it a try.

I usually just toss mine in dijon, lemon juice, herbs de provence, salt and pepper. Either bake of grill. They are good ether for a hot dinner or cold on a lunch salad.

My favorite thigh recipe is to apply a rub, let them rest in the fridge for an hour or two, uncovered, and then hand to DH to grill. In your case, mix up your rub with less salt and more pepper.

For years I’ve baked skinned and oiled thighs layered over rice. Put rice in flat casserole, add diced onion, green pepper and sliced mushrooms, herbs, salt and pepper. Place thighs over rice. Add chicken broth, and bake for about an hour. Check at thirty minutes and add more broth if necessary,

I almost always use bone in thighs.

This is one of my favorites, but you need a smoker.

Lemon butter chicken. I make it a couple times a month. Hubby loves it.
