Someone doesn't eat mustard.

So...mayo and a tad of pesto? mayo and relish?

What would you recommend?

Mayo, vinegar and a dash of sugar. I never use mustard in my deviled eggs.

I don't normally use mustard in my deviled eggs either. I have seen recipes using sour cream and horseradish.

mayo for sure: maybe the pesto would work, or a little relish. Please no sugar. To me that would totally ruin it. A little dill would work wonders. You might also consider a dash of hot sauce.

There are tons of "alternative" deviled eggs recipes. You could try one of these recipes or get creative. Leave out the mustard and replace with something else to add a flavor component.

a dash of hot sauce in the may would be fine. I have used horseradish in the past, DH & I like it, but some others did not. But there again, some people just like them with only mayo, which imo, is not deviled.

Is this for a pot luck? You can make some with mustard, & some without. Just add in some hot sauce or even make them plain ( mayo only) Have fun.
