PB powder tastes like peanut butter when you reconstitute it. It's great for folks who absolutely have to cut calories and/or fat. It's also very useful in your emergency foods storage.

This should be readily available in most grocery stores. I see it all over the place. It's a very popular item with calorie cutting crowd.

My kids (the ones that can have PB) liked reconstituted PB2 brand. Sometimes added to milk shakes.

I see peanut butter powder in the stores but have no idea how to use it. Elvis never ate anything low-calorie in his life, so even if it were available in those days he would have avoided it on principle.

I mixed it into whole milk to boost the protein in a cereal-and-milk breakfast. Tastes peanutty and natural. It probably has a longer shelf life than an opened jar of PB, since the powder is defatted. The convenience is nice.

It might be a good addition to some hot soups.

I wonder if it would make cookies more peanutbuttery? Like, when i put a little banana extract in banana bread.

I might try it added to oatmeal-banana cookies, the real simple kind without added sugar, eggs, or flour. Right now I mix in finely-chopped nut mix containing peanuts and pecans, which is almost a nut meal.
