You can go wrong with most any Mac & Cheese recipe, and the best way to insure
this is to use a quality ' Smoked Cheddar '

Here's the one for Poole's Diner in Raleigh, NC. Owner Ashley Christensen just won James Beard award for Best Chef 2019. They are known for this one and it is quite good and fairly easy to make.
