Need a really good recipe for a creamy mac and cheese. Either baked, crockpot or pressure cooker recipe.

Here's the one for Poole's Diner in Raleigh, NC. Owner Ashley Christensen just won James Beard award for Best Chef 2019. They are known for this one and it is quite good and fairly easy to make.
