ITALIAN TIRAMISU’ RECIPE
Ingredient (for 6 people)
½ kg of mascarpone
3 eggs
3 spoon of sugar
Dry Biscuits (or savoiardi). I prefer it with dry biscuits
Coffee and bitter cocoa
Recipe:
Falp the yolk of eggs with sugar and mascarpone.
Put inside the eggs white “montate” (I don't know what's the exactly translation)
as snow and put the total cream in the fridge.
dipped the biscuits in the coffee.
Make a layer with biscuits and one with mascarpone cream and then alternate it till make 3 layers with biscuits.
Then, finishing with cream and dust with bitter cocoa.
Put the tiramisu in the fridge and..enjoy it! It’s fantastic this recipe!!!
