I have coconut and Almond flour in the cabinets. I only used it once, the coconut because my cookies were well they tasted too healthy, LOL. They looked pretty goofy, too.
I thank anyone that has and will share, their recipe.
The one minute muffins can be made sweet or savory. I used to like a spice version, with ground cloves & nutmeg, & eat with cream cheese. I also like a variety of the sugar free Toriani syrups to sweeten thing up.
And look around her site. She has fabulous low carb sweet recipes.
