I'd want some bacon bits on top of mine.

Right now I'm wishing I had a peanut butter pie stuffed with hot fudge. If you are going to be bad be good at it.

I opened a can of beets and poured the juice off and filled with vinegar an cinnamon. Don't think they would have made a beet pie. I finally got the whole can down but they really messed up my insides.

My favorite pie recipe:

Take an unbaked pie shell and heat the oven to 350 degrees. Stem 6 c of ripe mulberries off the tree in your backyard, and toss them in a tablespoon of flour with just a couple of tablespoons of honey squozen over the top in a spiral pattern. You can do a crumb topping but I usually leave it bare-naked -- come to think of it, a lattice top might look very nice too, but frankly I am too lazy.

Bake 45 minutes to an hour.
