My mom used to make these and they were sweet and crisp and tasted
like candy. I would love to make them for my kids if anyone knows
how.

I googled it and this is the first recipe that came up. There were tons more, so if this doesn't look right, google watermelon pickles and you'll see a big list. They sound yummy; I've never had them. Best of luck!

Every once in a great while, my Mother would by a jar of this brand at the grocery store, for special occasions like a big family dinner. I don't remember it being this expensive. They are very good, sweet and sour at the same time. I imagine they would be interesting and easy to make.
