OMG - I HAVE to try this now. Living on my own (mostly) if this works it will be my 'go to' dessert choice lol

With the way microwaves work, make sure you put a second cup filled halfway with water along with your battered mug to assist with the even cooking...

To increase the flavor, use milk instead of water, butter instead of oil and real chocolate instead of cocoa powder...Ghirardelli 60% cocoa can be found in most supermarkets in either bar or chip form...Put the chocolate and butter in the mug, place in the microwave for 30-45 seconds, than add your other ingredients.

Also, most may like the results better if you have a hand mixer, use just one beater to do your mixing in the coffee cup...After it appears all is mixed, beat it for another 30 seconds...Throw the one beater into the dishwasher...
