I make that one a lot but alter it for a more low fat version.. I only use half the butter called for and add a cup of applesauce (I LOVE applesauce), add a bag of chocolate chips and bake for 30 minutes and I LOVE IT! I have even added a bit of peanutbutter with the cinnamon.. I play with that one (recipe) a lot and it always comes out good.

Yes, I have added a bit of coco powder and any nuts in the pantry, I will use the applesauce, great hint. Thanks!

I have also added walnuts too! I play with the basic part and try different things... it always comes out good! Next try will be to grate a carrot into it...Maybe add some nutmeg or allspice.
