This recipe is courtesy of The Pioneer Woman site, and gets rave reviews!
OLIVE CHEESE BREAD

1 unsliced loaf French bread
1 stick butter, softened
1/2 cup mayonaise
2 green onions
6 oz jar pimiento-stuffed green olives, drained
1 can pitted black olives, drained
3/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Rough chop green onions, green olives and black olives. Combine softened butter and mayonaise. Add green onions and olives to the mixture, then stir in the cheese. Mix until well blended. Slice bread loaf in half lengthwise. Spread olive/cheese mixture evenly over each half. Place loaf halves on a baking sheet or broiler pan and bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes until lightly browned and bubbly. Slice and serve.
