This may be what you are looking for. As the pudding bakes, the batter rises through rich chocolate sauce. Serve warm or cold with whipped cream. Its tried and true by me and its very rich and good!
Chocolate Fudge Pudding Cake
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsps. baing powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsps. cocoa powder
3/4 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 Tbsps. vefetable oil
3/4 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 3/4 cups hot water
whpped cream
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 8-inch square baking pan. Combine sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, and 2 Tbsps. cocoa in bowl. Stir in nuts, milk vanilla, and oil. Spread in pan.
Mix brown sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa, and salt, stir into hot water and pour over unbaked batter. Bake 40-45 minutes.
