Hi everyone! I have a bit of a problem. My might as well be husband and I used to be on the same working schedule but now ive been moved to day shift and hes still on graves. He used to take left overs to work as his lunch but now im not home in time to cook before he leaves. What ive been doing is cooking up three different meals one day and freezing them in individual servings. its made life a whole lot easier. the problem is though that im running out of ideas that will freeze well. He wont complain about it but i know hes got to be tired of the same old thing. Any ideas?
P.S. ive done shepards pie, chili, chicken and noodles, spagetti, beef stew, and lasagna.

Outside of the regulars you mentioned, these are additional that I have compiled in a list when I research this very same topic a few weeks ago. I think I have read that quiche freezes well.
you don't necessarily have to freeze everything. just cook an extra portion or so when you cook something. he can take it the next day...meat loaf, ham, turkey, pork chops, chicken etc. I always cook extra so my husband has stuff for lunch. plus, if you cook a whole chicken, you can always have some left for chicken and gravy/stuffing, potatoes etc. or make some chicken salad for a sandwich!
