I found an amazing Greek Chicken recipe and it says cook 5 to 6 hours in the slow cooker. I don't have one and prefer not to use one at this time. I'm trying to figure out how long I'd need to cook it on our gas stove in a dutch oven.

Any ideas?

Quote:
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 lemon (thinly sliced)
½ tsp salt
¼ c kalamata olives (pitted)
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp. dried oregano leaves
1 tbls olive oil
1 garlic clove (minced)
½ c chicken broth
Rice or Orzo

Remove visible fat from chicken. Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat; brown chicken on all sides

Here is where I began converting to Dutch oven.

In a Dutch oven add broth, lemon, olives, oregano and garlic.
