I like mine much better than most because I chop a million vegetables into confetti size pieces. I also find many Mac salads eat overdressed. What makes yours different than the average Mac salad?

Not sure if this is my signature dish, but Mr. Daynet loves these pork chops. They are very tasty.

Marinated Baked Pork Chops

2 tablespoons soy or teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons ketchup, chili sauce, or salsa
4-6 pork chops, trimmed

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a small bowl, thoroughly blend soy sauce, vegetable oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, and ketchup.
Place pork chops in a medium baking dish, and spread with 1/2 the sauce.
Bake pork chops 20 minutes covered (aluminum foil) in the preheated oven. Turn, and spread with remaining sauce. Uncover the chops, dump the rest of the sauce on them and bake for another 20 minutes.
Serve with veggie rice.

Taco dip. It's just sour cream and cream cheese with taco seasoning blended together for the base, with whatever toppings you desire (I just go with cheese and salsa, sometimes guac). I have a cousin who would eat it with a spoon, and whenever I take it to a party, it disappears rapidly.

Friends from entirely different friend groups in my life simply refer to it on their own as "taco crack" LOL

Probably a chicken and veggie stir fry. Can't get it wrong and always comes out good.

Eggs. Scrambled, omelets, over easy. Probably because I use a lot of butter and don't rush them.

My grandmother's chicken curry recipe is my family's most requested dish. I poach the chicken with a spicy mirepoix, then add it to the apple-pineapple curry mixture. They also love my sweet potato casserole. The secret ingredient is a couple of ounces of Frangelico, along with some brown sugar. Then I top it with crushed candied pecans. It's sublime.

My red beans & rice with andouille; seafood gumbo; jambalaya; and lasagna are dishes my family always ask me to make.
