But I do agree about meeting public vs online. You can have a fairly innocuous profile, be educated, no drugs, a nice picture, in shape, and they will pass you over. And you look at WHO passed you over, and you think, wow, what is this?
Funny as HECK, but saddly true, but it's even more interesting to hear a woman say this. I always thought women got so many emails that it would take weeks for them to go through it all.
But I will say this about online dating, yes I've heard all the horrior stories, but I still want to give it a try. I can meet plenty of women on my own, but it's just so time consuming, it takes a while to find if that person is who they are selling themself to be, all you have to go on is that they are attractive, the hope with online dating is that they will meet some of your criteria.
The only person that WINS on these paid dating sites are the owners of the dating site when they charge you money. They rake in millions...Think about it...
Every online date I ever went on seemed like a job interview, where it was 100% my job to talk and sell myself, like you would for a job. It was basically like "impress me..." and she would sit back.
It's our job to impress them because they have that powerful hole. I know it sucks but it's calle "dating life"
That's why you have to make sure your ad is geared toward intimacy because if you take online seriously it will drive you crazy.
I used to be on a phone service called "THE PARTY LINE" and would get frustrated when I took it seriouskly. But when I wrnt on to have FUN i enjoyed i a lot more
I speak the truth ok to the mom who is a cheese fanatic
I don't even think the lights are on anymore.
