Speaking of which....I grabbed a frozen chuck roast out of the freezer yesterday morning and threw it in my crock pot, added half a bag of frozen carrots, some baby reds, and a sliced onion, sprinkled a packed of Lipton beefy onion on top, added a cup of water, turned the thing on low and had the most incredible tender pot roast when I got home 10 hours later....melt in your mouth tender. And it took me all of ten minutes...maybe.

Whoops...see? There I go again.

I'm surprised that I didn't feel anything, but I didn't. I was home here when it happened. Evidently you and Mr. Chow did.

I'm shocked at how that part of California is continually getting tremblors.
I was sitting at my desk and felt it rolling; Chow was in the car about a minute away from home and he didn't feel it.

Yeah, when I posted, I didn't know where it was centered. You guys are farther north. I think the last time we felt one, cricket didn't feel it either. I say it's your turn now.

To me they are one and the same. Now I have to google that!!

Just did...they are the same thing, as I thought. "Crock Pot" is the brand name of the slow cookers made by Rival. The name has pretty much been adapted as a generic term, like Kleenex, and Band-Aids.

I totally understand. What did your husband say? That your MIL was hungry?

He said,"I may have told her that she could get some corn, but didn`t tell her to get the peppers or tomatoes."
I`m just aggravated with the whole bunch right now.
