AshleyMadison.com's motto is, "Life is short. Have an affair." It's on the front page. It's a site for married people looking for nookie on the side. If that's not what you want, don't go there.
I just looked at the site, its not exclusive to married folks. I wouldn't think Dr. Phil would promote a site encouraging affairs.
I highly doubt he promoted it, it might have been talked about on his show, but I'd bet he bashed it. it IS known as being a site for people, mainly married men, who want to have an affair.

Yeah, it was probably mentioned but not in a positive light, there using it for marketing to give the impression its been endorsed... clever
