Julia, my mother said the same thing today lol. Why are you buying that stuff, come to my house and take it. Unfortunately, she lives a good 6 hours from me.
It took me a second to realize what you meant. The ivy! Yes, that stuff is aggressive and hard to kill. Just be warned. My grandparents grew ivy in the chain link fence in their backyard, and a few decades later, there was no removing it. They had to take the fence out. And stuff lives in ivy. But if you don't let it take over ... plus you live where it gets cold. My grandparents don't, and that would probably helped keep it in check.
