I just read this somewhere and decided to share it.
If you need advice in the love realm, ask a friend who has success in the love realm. The people who are most eager to give advice about love are often the people who have the least success with it. No one knows why.
OK, I don't really try to give too much advice anyway, but I think I'm officially giving up mumbling even a word of it! Come to think of it, many of the advisors who do it for a living have pretty damn messy lives themselves... At least I have some shame!

I think the people best equipped to offer wisdom are those who have made mistakes, learned from them, and used what they learned to create success for themselves.
Hmm. Perhaps, but most of us learn more from failure than from success, and those who have achieved success may not know how to replicate it.
Yeah, I still think there's a strong element of luck in the success stories...
